The Marketing Project Manager will coordinate and assign resources, both internal and external, manage project timelines and ensure timely delivery of high quality, effective projects. He or she will also serve as a liaison between the account managers and its partners, outside vendors, and clients.
An understanding of marketing programs: media relations, email campaigns, sales material, database management, web design, graphic design and marketing strategy.
Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (beyond basic use): Excel formulas/pivot tables, PowerPoint animation/themes, Word templates, etc
Good knowledge in email/CRM programs, such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, Salesforce.com, Netsuite, or/and others
Very strong organizational skills, can meet deadlines, organize projects, version control, and comfortable with rapid change and tight deadlines.
A big plus for strong editing and writing skills
Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing
A desire to work in a fun, entrepreneurial environment

Located in the Dallas area
